Custom by requirement, not by preference
Oversized timbers, dense tropical species, veneer, and treated products all behave differently in a kiln. Standard chamber geometry and standard schedules frequently can't deliver the result.
We start from the product and the target: species, dimensions, starting and finishing moisture content, throughput, and quality tolerance. The chamber, airflow, heat source, and controls follow from that.
